The Process of Creation

Selection of Tonewoods
The journey begins with the careful selection of aged spruce and maple — woods that have been air-dried for years, waiting to reveal their acoustic potential.
Carving & Shaping
Using traditional hand tools, each plate is carved with precision, following the arching patterns that define the instrument's tonal character.
Assembly
The top, back, ribs, and internal structures are united — a process that demands exactitude, as millimeters determine the voice of the instrument.
Bespoke Commission
“Each instrument begins with a conversation, and ends as a lifelong companion.”
Every instrument is crafted individually — from wood selection to final voicing. The journey from concept to completion takes 6–18 months, resulting in an instrument of singular character and uncompromising quality.
