The journey begins with the careful selection of aged spruce and maple — woods that have been air-dried for years, waiting to reveal their acoustic potential.

Carving & Shaping

Using traditional hand tools, each plate is carved with precision, following the arching patterns that define the instrument's tonal character.

Assembly

The top, back, ribs, and internal structures are united — a process that demands exactitude, as millimeters determine the voice of the instrument.

Varnish & Finishing

Multiple layers of oil varnish are applied by hand, each one adding depth, protection, and a warmth that enhances both aesthetics and acoustics.

Sound Adjustment

The sound post, bridge, and strings are fitted and adjusted — a delicate process of listening and refining until the instrument finds its true voice.
